Abstract
A process for separating a hydrocarbon feed gas mixture comprising at least C.sub.1 -C.sub.2 constituents including ethylene to produce a separated ethylene product. The disclosed process employs a recovery section in which demethanization is carried out at moderate pressure, thereby permitting efficient and economical use of propylene-ethylene refrigeration in the process.
