Abstract
A magnetic head comprises a magnetic core having a sliding surface on which a magnetic tape moves sliding, a casing for enclosing said magnetic core, and a fixing material used to secure said magnetic core within said casing, said fixing material essentially consisting of a resin, a filler and MoS.sub.2 added as an additional filler.
