Abstract

The invention relates to immunoglobulin preparations having a reduced complement fixation, a process for their production by treating an immunoglobulin fraction with a low concentration ofa sulfitolytic agent and/or phosphate which is sparingly soluble in water and medicaments which contain the immunoglobulin preparations, in particular preparations for intravenous administration.
