Abstract
1-Nitro-9-dialkylaminoisoalkylaminoacridines or their salts of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R is lower alkyl, such as methyl, ethyl, R.sup.1 is a hydrogen atom or methyl, R.sup.2 is the same as R.sup.1, with the proviso that R.sup.1 is not equal to R.sup.2 and n = 0 or 2, and their preparation is described. These compounds are useful as anti-neoplastic agents.
