Abstract

An inner tube assembly for a pneumatic tire, comprising a primary annular tube, a secondary annular tube surrounding the primary annular tube, an annular primary tube-restraining band interpositioned between the primary and secondary tubes, and valves intercommuncating the primary and secondary tubes with one another, is disclosed.
