Abstract

A nickel-base superalloy compacted fully dense article, produced by a powder metallurgy technique from prealloyed powder, said article being characterized by the absence of thermal induced porosity when heated at temperatures of at least 2200.degree. F and exhibiting improved superplastic behavior during forming operations, such as forging.
