Abstract

Nonionically/cationically stabilized aqueous emulsions of paint binders for use in stoving coating compositions and a process of producing such emulsions is described. The nonionic and cationic stabilization of the emulsion is accomplished by the inclusion in the binders of from about 1 - 20 percent by weight of nonionic structural units of the formula
