Abstract

A novel combination of powdered materials such as zirconium and aluminum salts suspended in a solid solution of volatile silicones and long chain alcohols. The silicones and alcohols are brought into solid solution by mixing the components in liquid phase at temperatures not to exceed 150.degree. F. (66.degree. C.). The addition of the powdered material to the silicone oil and alcohol matrix prevents the separation of the components upon cooling.
