Abstract

The present invention relates to novel phosphites of sugar alcohols, their use as stabilizers for organic polymers, to stabilizer compositions containing these novel phosphites and to the organic polymers being stabilized therewith. The novel phoshites have a good stabilizing effect, especially in combination with known stabilizers, and they are substantially stable to hydrolysis.
