Abstract

The invention relates to novel compounds in the form of epoxy alkanes corresponding to the formula ##STR1## in which B is H or CH.sub.3 and A represents a hydrocarbon radical containing at least 15 carbon atoms. These epoxy alkanes are suitable for therapeutic application, especially in the treatment of secretory disorders of the prostate gland, more especially prostate adenoma.
