Abstract
Cosmetic article comprises a solid support coated with an impregnating layer which carries a coating layer. The impregnating layer comprises at least one hydrosoluble polymer and the coating layer comprises a product which is thixotropic in aqueous suspension, a polymeric binder capable of forming a gel in an aqueous medium when mixed with said thixotropic product, and a mixture of cosmetic powders.
