Abstract

New chemical compounds containing the radicals --CO--NH--CH.sub.2 --OR; ##STR1## wherein R is an alkyl radical having one to six carbon atoms and R.sub.1 is an alkylene radical having one to six carbon atoms and a process for making polyurethanes with the new compounds as a catalyst are provided.
