Abstract

Compounds of the formula (I): ##STR1## and salts thereof wherein X is a group: ##STR2## R is hydrogen, methyl or ethyl; R.sub.1 is phenyl or naphthyl or phenyl substituted by fluorine, chlorine, bromine, methyl, methoxy or trifluoromethyl; R.sub.2 is hydrogen or methyl; R.sub.3 is hydrogen, methyl, ethyl or benzyl; R.sub.4 is hydrogen or methyl; and R.sub.5 is hydrogen or methyl; have been found to be mood modifying agents and anorexic agents.
