Abstract
An antenna is made operative for two frequency bands, .DELTA.F.sub.B and .DELTA.F.sub.H, the latter higher than the former, by means of a frequency selective absorber, covering, in its edge region, a reflector of the antenna in order to reduce the diameter of the reflecting surface of the reflector and therefore the gain of the antenna for frequency band .DELTA.F.sub.H.
