Pyridine derivatives having the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 represents hydrogen atom, amino group or a group ##STR2## in which R.sub.5 and R.sub.6 may be the same or different and each represents an alkyl group of 1 to 4 carbon atoms or R.sub.5 is hydrogen atom and R.sub.6 represents an alkyl group of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, an alkenyl group of 3 or 4 carbon atoms or a benzyl group optionally substituted with halogen, cyano, alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms or alkoxy of 1 to 4 carbon atoms;
