Abstract
Novel 4'-trifluoromethylvalerophenone 0-(2-aminoethyl)oximes are found to exhibit a strong anti-depressive activity based on a strong serotone potentiation but with the absence of monoamino/oxidase inhibition and undesirable side effects.
