Abstract

A temperature responsive combination for transmitting or reflecting light comprising a double paned glass assembly and lying between said panes a temperature sensitive aqueous solution of a compound or mixture of compounds having the general formula ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is a lower alkyl of from 1 to 3 carbon atoms, R.sub.2 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, methyl, ethyl and hydroxymethyl, and R.sub.3 is selected from the group consisting of methyl, ethyl, propyl and methylethenyl.
