Abstract
Apparatus for collection of tapping gases to prevent worker exposure to them is disclosed. The apparatus comprises a plurality of screens in combination with an opening in the floor positioned so that tapping gases are removed by the smoke hood without the need for separate tapping gas removal apparatus.
