Abstract
Compositions containing esters of an unsaturated monohydric alcohol, having from 3 to 10 carbon atoms, of p-dimethylaminobenzoic acid are very effective in controlling sunburn and skin tanning. These novel esters from C.sub.3 -C.sub.10 alcohols, which have high 'K' values as described, are particularly useful.
