Abstract
Condensation products of cyanuric chloride, resorcinol and ammonia of the formula: ##STR1## IN WHICH N IS AN INTEGER; EACH R' is independently NH.sub.2 or Cl and each R' is independently NH.sub.2 or ##STR2## provided that a sufficient number of radicals represented by R' are Cl atoms to provide a chlorine content of at least 3% by weight and at least one of R' and R' is NH.sub.2 ; their manufacture and their use as promoters of bond strength between rubber and copper or its alloys. Of particular use in connection with brass-coated steel cords in motor tires.
