Abstract

The invention is an improvement in the process of benificiating phosphate ores, the process including at least one acid flotation and at least one amine flotation. The improvement is a reduction in the formation of slimes, obtained by drying the phosphate ore prior to classification and flotation or by transporting it to the flotation plant out of contact with water.
