Abstract
Compounds of the class of benzylisoquinoline derivatives of the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and methyl, and R.sup.2 is selected from the group consisting of methyl, ethyl, n-propyl and isopropyl, and therapeutically acceptable salts thereof, useful as active ingredients of pharmaceutical preparations for the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias.
