Abstract
Certain 1-methyl-2-(substituted thiomethyl)-5-nitro-imidazoles are described as well as a process for their manufacture. The compounds are suitable for the treatment of protozoal diseases, especially of trichomoniasis and of fungus diseases, especially dermatomycoses.
