Abstract

This disclosure relates to 16,16-ethylene derivatives of prostaglandin E.sub.2 and homologues thereof, which are useful for inhibiting gastric acid production in warm-blooded animals, to processes for their manufacture and pharmaceutical and veterinary compositions containing them, and to a method of inhibiting gastric acid production in warm-blooded animals.
