Abstract
Disclosed are lubricating oil compositions containing from about 0.01 weight percent to about 5 weight percent of oil-soluble multifunctional additive having the general formula ##STR1## where A. X.sub.1 is --S--CS--OR, --S--CS--NR.sub.2, --S--PS--(OR).sub.2, or --O--P(OR).sub.2, and X.sub.2 and X.sub.3 are chlorine, bromine, --S--CS--OR, --S--CS--NR.sub.2, --S--PS--(OR).sub.2, --OP(OR).sub.2, or R; or
