Abstract
Novel substituted thiazoles of the formula ##STR1## wherein R is alkyl of 1 to 5 carbon atoms and R.sub.1 is selected from the group consisting of --NH.sub.2, -- NH-AlK, ##STR2## PHENYLAMINO AND DIPHENYLAMINO, AlK is alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms and n is an integer from 1 to 6 and their non-toxic, pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts having a marked antilipolytic activity and for some of them, a prolonged vasodilatatory activity and an antibradykinetic activity and their preparation.
