Abstract
A mill using a movable stand with shaped rolls featuring a working portion, with the reversible rotation of the rolls being limited by an angle encompassing the working roll portion. The rolling of an ingot being cast is effected by carrying the stand with the rotating rolls 'forward' and 'backward'.
