Abstract

In an article to be used in or under water and in constant contact with the water, at least the surface of the article is composed of an anti-fouling composition which comprises a polymer and an organo tin compound of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is n-dodecyl and R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 are methyl.
