Abstract
Disclosed is a composition of matter characterized by the structural formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is hydrogen or methyl and R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 are hydrogen, halogen or aliphatic groups containing 1 to 4 carbon atoms. Also disclosed are vinyl polymers of the above compounds.
