Abstract
This invention relates to a method for combatting rodents (especially animals which belong to Muridae) comprising applying a rodenticidally effective amount of a compound of general formula (1) ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is hydrogen or an alkyl group, R.sub.2 is an alkyl group, R.sub.3 is hydrogen or an alkyl group and R.sub.4 is hydrogen, hydroxyl group, an alkyl group, a hydroxy-substituted alkyl group, benzoyl group or a halogen substituted phenyl group, or an acid addition salt thereof, and to rodenticidal compositions containing said compound or salt together with adjuvants.
