Abstract
Compounds having the formula ##STR1## wherein n and m are, individually, 0 or 1, X is an anion, R' is hydrogen, methyl or phenyl and R.sup.2, R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 are, individually, hydrogen, alkyl, aryl, alkaryl or aralkyl, polymers thereof and methods for their production, are disclosed. The compounds form polymers useful in the treatment of water sludges, the formation of fibers and the treatment of paper.
