Abstract
Yarn of a fineness between Nm 60 and Nm 250 comprises fibres from the fur of angora rabbits. The fibres are pretreated with a two-component composition of an antistatic agent and an agent for increasing the adhesability of the fibres. The pretreated fibres, with or without other fibres such as synthetic fibres, are spun together with an uninterrupted carrier thread of a cross-section up to one third of the cross-section of the spun yarn.
