Abstract

Selected novel phosphorus complexes of zerovalent iron containing phosphite ester ligands and, optionally diphosphine ligands, e.g., pentakis(trimethyl phosphite iron) and bis[ethylenebis(diphenylphosphine)] (trimethyl phosphite) iron, are disclosed.
