Abstract

2-Substituted-hydroxyanilino-hexahydro-2H-benzo[.alpha.]quinolizines of the structural formula, ##SPC1## In which R.sup.1 is a hydrogen atom or an alkanoyl group of 2 to 4 carbon atoms and each of substituents R.sup.2, R.sup.3, R.sup.4, R.sup.5, and R.sup.6 is a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyl, or a methyl group, such that at least one of the latter substituents is a hydroxyl group, exhibit coronary vasodilating activity.
