Abstract

A control circuit used in the development of electrostatic latent images which applies a suitable biasing voltage to a magnetic brush developing unit to alleviate problems of fogging and breakdown of the photosensitive layer. The effective biasing voltage remains unchanged as the characteristics of the developer, such as electric resistivity, change with increased use.
