Abstract

New chemical compounds containing at least one aliphatically bound tertiary nitrogen atom and at least one --CO--NH--CH.sub.2 --OR radical wherein R is an alkyl group of one to six carbon atoms and a process for making polyurethanes with the new compounds as a catalyst are provided.
