Abstract

An ultra thermal stable zeolite aluminosilicate having a silica to alumina ratio of 2.5 to <3.5 and a process of making this composition characterized by ammonia ion exchange, followed by calcination at from 1000.degree. to 1400.degree.F. The composition is further characterized by sodium content expressed as the oxide of less than 4 percent.
