Abstract
A polyion complex derived from a polyanion and a polycation of the general formula ##SPC1## And a process for preparing the polyion complex. A film having superior water permeability and high strength can be prepared from the polyion complex. The film is usable as an ultra-filtering membrane or dialyzing membrane.
