Abstract
A surface-active composition consisting essentially of (a) a compound having the structure: ##EQU1## wherein R is a member of the group consisting of C.sub.2 H.sub.4 and C.sub.3 H.sub.6 and X is a member of the group consisting of OH and NH.sub.2, and (b) another surface-active agent selected from the group consisting of anionic, cationic and non-ionic surface active agents.
