Abstract
Disclosed is a process for preparation of copolymers which have an inherent viscosity of at least 0.4 and are formed from polyesters and aliphatic polyformals. The process comprises contacting within a temperature range of 220.degree. to 280.degree.C. a poly(tetramethylene terephthalate) type polyester and selected aliphatic polyformals.
