Abstract
An optically transparent, essentially colorless radiation shielding material for high energy radiation contains a combination of lead or thallium salts of C.sub.1 to C.sub.5 organic acids and may contain lead or thallium salts of mineral acids. Shields of complex shapes are easily constructed.
