Phenylhydrazone derivatives of the formula: ##SPC1## Wherein R represents alkyl containing 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and two of the symbols R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 represent a halogen atom and the third represents a halogen atom or a nitro radical, are new compounds possessing insecticidal and acaricidal properties.
