Abstract

The present invention concerns novel 4-hydroxypyrimidine derivatives of the formula: ##SPC1## Wherein R.sub.1 is a substituent, e.g., alkyl, R.sub.2 is hydrogen or a substituent, e.g., alkyl R.sub.3 is amino unsubstituted or substituted by alkyl, a nitrogen heterocycle, alkoxy or alkylthio, which are used as intermediates in the production of useful insecticides.
