Abstract
Multicomponent wax emulsion polish compositions are viscosity stabilized with a compound of the formula R--X--O--(C.sub.2 H.sub.4 O).sub.n --H wherein R is an aliphatic group and X is selected from the group consisting of phenylene, carbonyl and a carbon to oxygen bond and n is a whole number from about 12 to about 50. The compositions are of special interest in providing shoe polish compositions useful in functional dispensers.
