Abstract
Disclosed is a method for transmitting and receiving data in a non-access point (AP) multi-link device (MILD) of a wireless communication system. The non-AP MLD may perform a back off procedure for performing simultaneous transmission through a multi-link of the non-AP MLD, and simultaneously perform uplink transmission to an AP MLD through each of a first link and a second link included in the multi-link. Here, when both a first back-off counter and a second back-off counter have a value of '0', if the transmission time of the uplink transmission in the first link is a slot boundary of a first slot that is a slot next to a slot in which the first back-off counter is “0”, the uplink transmission in the second link may be performed within a predetermined time from the transmission time of the first link.
