Abstract
Various solutions for accessing long periodicity cells for network energy saving with respect to user equipment and network apparatus in mobile communications are described. An apparatus may receive at least one information associated with a long-periodicity (LP) cell from a network node in a normal cell. The apparatus may perform a synchronization signal block (SSB)-based measurement according to the information to detect the LP cell. The apparatus may perform an access procedure with the LP cell.
