Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, receiving content related to a communication between a first user and at least one other user, analyzing the content to derive at least one communication behavioral trait of the first user, and presenting to the first user at a user device of the first user, information about the at least one communication behavioral trait, the presenting to provide insight to the first user about how the first user communicates.
