Abstract
Embodiments of this application disclose communication methods and apparatuses. In an embodiment, a method includes: determining, by a communication apparatus, a first signal, wherein the first signal comprises a reference signal block, the reference signal block comprises a first reference signal and a second reference signal, and the second reference signal indicates that a value of the first reference signal at a receiving end is a preset received value, and sending, by the communication apparatus, the first reference signal at a first moment, and sending, by the communication apparatus, the second reference signal at a second moment, wherein a time interval between the first moment and the second moment is equal to a time interval of X transmitted signals, and a time interval of two consecutive transmitted signals is Ts/n, wherein X is a positive integer, Ts is a symbol periodicity, and n is a quantity of signals transmitted in the symbol periodicity.
