Abstract
A fan effect system includes a fan system including a fan in communication with a plurality of fin blades partially disposed to receive a fan airflow from the fan. The fan system also includes a nozzle coupled to the plurality of fin blades opposite the fan. The nozzle includes an opening. The fan effect system includes a fabric material including a translucent or transparent surface. The fabric material is coupled to a portion of the fan system. Air flows from the fan through the plurality of fin blades and is directed by the opening of the nozzle to the fabric material to cause the fabric material to oscillate.
