Abstract

Methods, systems, and devices for dynamically assembling modular emergency response solutions with a decentralized data plane are described. In some implementations, a server may receive operational input data defining emergency response requirements for an entity. A generative artificial intelligence model may analyze the operational input data to calculate a required solution shape and identify a plurality of atomic software tools from a tool library, each associated with a semantic interface layer specifying functional attributes and data dependencies. The server may construct a modular configuration blueprint specifying logical relationships among the identified tools and their integration with the decentralized data plane. The server may establish a data lifecycle management protocol to classify and manage information as ephemeral or persistent and configure a zero-trust security framework to govern data access and interactions. The server may deploy the modular configuration blueprint to a designated network endpoint for execution.
